New for 2026 - the Van is coming!
We’re launching a beautiful new electric food truck, custom-built for one purpose: serving freshly roasted rotisserie chicken.
With a built-in gas rotisserie oven on board, we can keep our food restaurant-quality while keeping our setup simple and efficient.
Designed for food markets and pop-ups, the van also allows us to serve our click & collect customers with the same care and consistency.
We expect the van to be ready for service by mid-April 2026.

WHO WE ARE
Rebecca, our founder, has always loved cooking and bringing people together around good food. While navigating a busy London lifestyle, she often found herself searching for simple, nourishing meals - food that was flavourful, responsibly sourced, and easy to enjoy on the go.
Inspired by her travels across Europe, particularly the rotisserie stalls woven into local markets & neighbourhoods from Poland through to France, the idea for Spit Rotisserie was born.
Rooted in South East London and influenced by European food traditions, Spit Rotisserie is built on a belief in simple, flavour-led cooking, thoughtfully prepared for modern London life.
We believe in:

Therefore, we only work with trusted British farms that raise free-range, high-welfare birds.
We keep waste low, cook in small batches and use packaging that respects the planet. Even our van is electric!
We support local suppliers and keep our menu intentionally tight so nothing is thrown away.
For us, sustainability is the natural outcome of doing things properly.
